When using the Magasin car park, please note the special rules and guidelines below.

Pull ticket at the drive entrance. Do not insert your own card in the machine.
At check-in, please let us know that you have parked in Magasin. If you need to use your car during your stay, please ask for information.
At check-out, you pay the ticket (with discount) at our desk, and you are handed the ticket.
The green service button on the machine directs you to Q-Park’s friendly service people.
All technical challenges are handled by Magasin Q-Park.

PLEASE NOTE: Disable automatic number plate registration in the EasyPark app before entering the Magasin car park if you want to make use of our discount tickets. Here’s how you do it:

I Enter the EasyPark app and click on the three horizontal dots on the right .
I Then select camera parking
I Click on Select cars for “Auto camera parking.
I Remove the tick to the right of the licence plate
I Click Done and automatic camera parking is disabled

There will be a dropdown menu where “Nul-emissions bil zone 35” is displayed.

Alternatively, actively select the zone. To do this, enter “35” in the search field. Select the option “Nul-emissions bil zone 35 Aarhus kommune”.

Then select the parking time and start parking.

OK

The OK app automatically detects if your vehicle is qualified for the discount scheme.

Therefore, you do not need to do anything active to select the scheme, but you still need to select the parking time and initiate the parking.

ParkPark

The ParkPark app automatically detects if your vehicle is qualified for the discount scheme.

Therefore, you do not need to do anything actively to select the scheme, but you still need to select the parking time and initiate parking.

ParkOne

You will be asked to specify the vehicle type in the app.
